We have one goal, to bring all payments into one place. To give people the ability to pay any bill from their phone, in a secure, reliable, and simple way. Today every company builds its own interface, and when it's hard to build a quality one, what you get is dozens of apps that all do the same thing and look the same. We commit to staying attentive, caring, and empathetic. Every decision has a reason, and that reason will always be the user. We worked hard on an accessible, simple system, one that supports shared apartments with split payments, reporting tools that improve human support, and a payment archive so receipts don't get lost in emails and messages. We want every organization to focus on what it does best. Power companies should provide power, water companies should provide water, and we should focus on building software, making payments accessible, and delivering service. That's how we can improve life for every citizen, because right now paying bills is a complicated and inconvenient process. We could have cut corners and shipped a product that just "works", and it still would have improved users' lives. But that's not our philosophy. We built a product at the highest level possible, with listening, collaboration, and trust, for everyone who's tired of chasing payments across a hundred different places every month.
