By accessing or using the Payments website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Payments is a bill management platform that brings recurring payments into one place. The service is currently in pre-launch and available via waitlist registration only. Features and availability are subject to change. The site also presents Oversee — building, property, and rental management software for management companies and building committees, currently preparing for launch. Booking a demo or joining the Oversee pilot program does not constitute an engagement; commercial use of Oversee will be governed by a separate agreement.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering for the waitlist or using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: submitting false information, attempting to interfere with the site's operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this site are owned by Payments. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Payments is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
