We currently work with Excel or another system. How do we switch?

We walk you through it end to end: we import your existing buildings, tenants, and collections data, and get you up and running without disrupting day-to-day operations.

How long does onboarding take?

In most cases it's a matter of days, not months. After the demo we'll build an onboarding plan together based on your portfolio size.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is set by the number of buildings and units under management. After the intro meeting, once we know your portfolio, we will come back with a clear, transparent quote.

Is the tenant app included?

Yes. Everyone who works with Oversee gets the Payments tenant app: tenants pay in the app and you track everything in Oversee.

We're a building committee, not a management company. Is this for us?

Absolutely. Oversee works great for building committees that want organized collections, full transparency, and less headache.

Does Oversee handle property and rental management too?

Yes. Beyond committee dues, it manages rented units as well: lease agreements with e-signatures, renewal date tracking with alerts ahead of time, rent collected alongside dues, and a portfolio-wide view of occupancy, revenue, and average rent. Same interface — no separate system for rentals.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled per role, and every action is written to an audit trail. Tenant conversations are end-to-end encrypted, so only you and the tenant can read them. Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant clearing provider, so card numbers never touch Oversee servers.

We have luxury buildings with smart systems. Is that supported?

Yes. Oversee supports sensors, automation, and IoT infrastructure, with automated management for smart and luxury buildings.

What does payment clearing cost?

Card and direct-debit payments go through a PCI-DSS compliant clearing provider, which charges a per-transaction fee. We show you the exact rates for your setup at the demo, separately from the software price, so you can see precisely what each collected shekel costs.

How do residents actually start using the app?

We roll it out building by building, not all at once. You pick a pilot building, we send the residents an invitation with a signup link, and collections keep running as usual for anyone who has not joined yet. Nobody is forced onto the app, and you keep collecting from residents who prefer bank transfer or standing order.
